Tech@Home offers personalized tech support designed specifically for Evergreen residents. Whether you’re looking to troubleshoot a device, learn something new, or simply feel more comfortable using technology, we’re here for you. 

How to Request Support
Tech@Home support requests can be submitted through Resident and Guest Services in person or calling 
(920) 233-2340. A Tech@Home representative will be on-site weekly to respond to support needs.

Onsite appointments hours:
Monday – 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Wednesday – 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

Friday – 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm


What Happens after a support request is submitted?

Once your request is submitted, a Tech@Home representative will follow up during the next available onsite hours. If an appointment is needed, we’ll work with you to schedule a convenient time. Support requests are addressed in the order they are received to ensure fairness and efficiency.
