Wellness Visit Reward

It helps your body increase blood flow, reduce inflammation and alleviate muscle and joint aches and pains. The purpose of Evergreen’s Employee Appreciation Celebrations is to recognize and appreciate contributions made by employees through their length of service and commitment to the organization.
All employees are shown appreciation by Evergreen and the Residents at the annual Christmas Luncheon Celebration in December which includes gifts.
Employees also receive a gift of appreciation during a week of appreciation based on their role at Evergreen.

Evergreen may provide assistance to employees who take outside courses leading toward a specific diploma, associate, bachelors, or master’s degree if related to your current job or another job that may be reasonably attainable within the organization. While you are enrolled in college and taking classes towards an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, Evergreen will contribute $2 per hour worked into a savings fund. You will receive the total fund balance with your payroll check upon your graduation with a degree.
