College Student Savings Fund
While you are enrolled in college and taking classes towards an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, Evergreen will contribute $2 per hour worked into a savings fund. You will receive the total fund balance with your payroll check upon your graduation with a degree. To enroll in the program fill out the form and turn in or e-mail to Kendra Arguello at Karguello@EvergreenOshkosh.com. Click Here for the fillable form.
Tuition Assistance Program
At Evergreen, we are interested in your personal and professional development. Evergreen may provide assistance to employees who take outside courses leading toward a specific diploma, associate, bachelors, or master’s degree if related to your current job or another job that may be reasonably attainable within the organization. PayActiv – Access to money you’ve already earned to tackle life’s expenses as they come.
Referral Bonus – Refer a qualified candidate to work at Evergreen and you will receive $750 on your pay check. Upon their hire you will receive the first $250, at three months of employment you will receive another $250 and finally at 9 months of employment you will receive the final $250. FMLA (Evergreen partners with FMLASource to administer Family Medical Leave.)
Evergreen provides free counseling and mental health services to our employees and their family members through Vital Traction, LLC. They are able to help with work, family and interpersonal stress, anxiety, feelings of depression, marital and family adjustments, parenting support, couples and relationships, grief and loss, caregiver fatigue, addictions and wellness and healthy lifestyle support.
The purpose of Evergreen’s Employee Appreciation Celebrations is to recognize and appreciate contributions made by employees through their length of service and commitment to the organization.
All employees are shown appreciation by Evergreen and the Residents at the annual Christmas Luncheon Celebration in December which includes gifts.
Employees also receive a gift of appreciation during a week of appreciation based on their role at Evergreen.
Fitness and Aquatics Center
Access to the Creekview & Courtyard fitness centers for staff all day, every day. Free Ai Chi and Water Aerobics classes available for staff every week. Free 1-on-1 personal training sessions are available for all staff with Evergreen’s Fitness and Aquatic Center employees.

Free Flu Shot
Evergreen offers a free flu shot to all employees annually.
Holistic Wellness Services
Evergreen partners with Wisconsin Laser Therapy to provide staff a non-invasive pain free treatment method for acute injuries or chronic pain. It helps your body increase blood flow, reduce inflammation and alleviate muscle and joint aches and pains. Evergreen pays for the first session and then employees responsible for any follow up sessions. Payroll deduction is an available option to pay for laser therapy services! Wellness Essentials, LLC
Kari A. Uselman, Ph.D. at Wellness Essentials, has been working with clients since 2006 and is a nationally certified Biofeedback Specialist and Homeo-Therapeutic Coach. Evergreen will cover 50% of the cost of services provided to Evergreen employees and your family members (products purchased through Kari not included). In addition, you can choose to pay the remaining 50% via payroll deduction!
