Wellness Visit Reward
Rewards with Go365
Join our action-based wellness program available to all benefit eligible employees. Track your activity goals. Participate in fun challenges. Earn prizes. Refer a qualified candidate to work at Evergreen and you will receive $500 on your pay check. Free Annual Biometric Screens
Free annual biometric screens are available for employees, spouses and dependents over the age of 18 who are on Evergreen’s Health Insurance. Details distributed each year at the time of the screenings.
Evergreen has partnered with Oshkosh Counseling Wellness Center to give you access to counseling services for all stages of life. Includes short-term counseling services for staff and family members to help with work, family and interpersonal stress; anxiety, depressed or trapped feelings; marital and family adjustments; parenting support; couples and relationships; grief and loss/caregiver fatigue; addictions and relapse prevention; and wellness and lifestyle enhancements. Free Flu Shot
Evergreen offers a free flu shot to all employees annually.
Access to Fitness and Aquatics Center
Treadmill, elliptical, free weights, and state-of-the-art machines are available for staff all day, every day. Aquatic Center Family Swim Hours for staff each Saturday from 8-11 am. Access to Personal Trainer
Free 1-on-1 personal training sessions are available for all staff with Evergreen’s Fitness and Aquatic Center employees. Please contact Ashley Wagner, Fitness and Aquatics Center Manager, at (920) 237-2160 with any questions or to get started.
Care to Share Program
When an employee has exhausted all of their paid benefits and is unable to work due to personal/family misfortune, they may apply to receive a donation from the Care to Share Program. Please see Human Resources for specific program guidelines and requirements to donate available vacation hours and/or to apply to receive a donation from this program.
Employment Appreciation Celebrations
The purpose of Evergreen’s Employee Appreciation Celebrations is to recognize and appreciate contributions made by employees through their length of service and commitment to the organization. All Evergreen employees are honored at the Summer Picnic and Holiday Luncheon Celebrations.
Evergreen is partnering with the YMCA to provide discounted membership for Evergreen employees and families. Evergreen employees pay NO JOINING FEE.
