- 20 private apartments, with choice of studio and one-bedroom floor plans on Garden Terrace & Garden Place
- Full kitchen with appliances
- Private bathroom with walk-in shower
- Minimal scheduled daily assistance if needed.
- Personal emergency response system with portable pendant or bracelet
- One cooked-to-order meal per day in The GardenSide restaurant or Pub 67 (more meals available at additional cost)
- Priority access to other living options based on availability
