How do I send mail to a resident?
Mail can be sent directly to a resident at:

Please also include sender’s return address.
Can I bring my pet to visit?
Yes! Pets must remain leashed while traveling through the building and are not allowed in The GardenSide Restaurant, Pub 67, Creekview Café or living option dining rooms. Please also be sure to clean up pet waste and dispose of it in outdoor receptacles.
Do you need to be a resident to utilize the Fitness & Aquatics Center?
No, anyone over the age of 55 may take advantage of Evergreen’s Fitness & Aquatic Center. Please contact Ashley Wagner, Fitness and Aquatics Manager, at (920) 237-2160 for more information.
Are your dining options open to the public and what are their hours?
Yes, The GardenSide Restaurant, Pub 67 and Creekview Café area open to the public.
The GardenSide Restaurant – Daily 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pub 67 – Daily 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Creekview Café – Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
What are Manor Mart hours and where is it located?
Manor Mart is Evergreen’s resale shop located on the lower level of the Manor Building. It is open weekly on Wednesdays from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM with the public welcome after 10:00 am.

Do you offer overnight guest accommodations?
Yes, Evergreen has one guest room with two twin beds that can be reserved by calling Resident & Guest Services at (920) 233-2340. The cost per night is $85.
