On Saturday, July 22 & Sunday, July 23 asphalt seal and repair crews will be on campus seal coating six areas on campus noted in yellow on the map image on reverse side of this memo. All cars in the parking lots in yellow will need to be moved to another parking area on campus from by 5 pm on Friday, July 21.
(The areas in green on the map image will happen the following weekend; Saturday, July 29 & Sunday, July 30.)
Please plan accordingly for alternate parking during this time. Please also use sidewalks during these dates and do not walk on the new seal coat until barricades are taken down.
Village Residents in buildings 1020, 1040 & 1080; if you need to use your vehicle over the weekend, please move it to an area in green on the map or to the street by 5 pm on Friday, July 21st.
Residents in Eagle Street & Westfield Street homes; if you need to use your car over the weekend, please move it to an area in green on the map or to the street by 5 pm on Friday, July 21st.
Residents utilizing underground parking; please note that you will only be able to enter and exit on the ramp on Eagle Street the weekend of July 22nd. Please use caution when entering and exiting the ramp as it is not meant for two-way traffic. If you wish to park outside during this time, please only park in a green areas on the map or on the street.
Once Asphalt Seal and Repair crews have removed barricades it is safe to drive and walk on the newly sealed areas.
