Howard and Ruth Rowland founded Evergreen in 1967. They created a retirement community that offered independence, choice, comfort and security. While their legacy lives on today, we have become so much more. Today, Evergreen is more than a retirement community. In addition to our many living options, we offer unique community partnerships and myriad life-long learning and enrichment opportunities.
