Please note: Do not call the Spectrum number provided on the television if the device requires activation, Evergreen is the service owner and is attempting to manage the upgrade. We also ask that if you enter a work order through the WorxHub system, please title the work order “Spectrum Cable” so we can better manage your request.
This upgrade does not affect Spectrum landline phone services or resident WIFI service.
