New Tech@Home on-site hours will be effective as of Monday, June 27th.
New On-Site Hours Are:
Monday – 9:00 am – 2:00pm
Wednesday – 9:00 an – 2:00pm
Friday – 12:00 pm – 5:00pm
Tech@Home Classes have resumed and remain on the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month at 3:30 – 4:30. See the weekly calendar for class location. We are also introducing Quick Tech Time during the first 15 minutes of each class. During this time residents will have the opportunity to ask questions or address a problem with their technology. If the question or problem cannot be addressed within 2-4 minutes the Tech@Home technician will work with you to schedule a follow up appointment to resolve the issue or answer your question fully.
Please remember all Tech@Home support request should be submitted through Resident and Guest Services. Once the request is submitted our Tech@Home representative will respond to your request during the next scheduled support hours in the order request are received. If a request requires an appointment, a Tech@Home representative will work with you to schedule a time during regular onsite hours.
