Evergreen Garden Terrace is a licensed Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) offering assistance to persons who require periodic staff intervention throughout the day, including assistance with medication administration, activities of daily living and activities.  Persons must be able to summon assistance and transfer/walk without assistance.

 There are 20 Garden Terrace accommodations each with a spacious carpeted private room, large closet and private half-bath.  

 Included in the Garden Terrace monthly fee:

• noon and supper meals in the Main Dining Room with selective menus and special diets when prescribed (breakfast meal available at additional cost)
• heat, electric and water utilities
• air conditioning
• basic cable TV service
• housekeeping services
• laundering of linens and personal clothing
• Fitness Center equipment, classes and programs
• Aquatic Center classes and programs
• Aerobic Studio classes and programs
• keyed mailbox
• emergency call system
• routine supplies (such as Kleenex, lotion, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc.
• 24-hour priority access to Campus Health services (cost of care is additional)

Garden Terrace is located just a short distance from the Manor Dining Room, Chapel, and Gift Shop.  Lounge areas offer comfortable spaces for friendly visiting, group activities, and special events.  Residents are encouraged and assisted by staff to take advantage of some of the many activities that are offered daily at Evergreen.
