Giving Thanks

Evergreen’s Employee Recognition Program aims to recognize contributions made by employees throughout their time of service, commitment to the organization and actions taken that exemplify Evergreen’s mission, vision and values. Thank-you notes, recognition events and celebrations are just a few ways in which Evergreen shows appreciation to those who help champion what we do.

Service Anniversary Celebrations

All employees are honored with an invitation to Evergreen’s annual recognition event to celebrate each 5-year increment of service. Employees may bring guests to this special event. In addition to this event, recognized employees are given a gift of appreciation for their dedicated service and have their name placed on the service anniversary plaque.

Day-to-Day Recognition

Evergreen takes efforts to ensure that all staff, residents, family members and visitors have access to special Thank-You cards in order to recognize employees when they have made a difference in the day or life of someone else. Inside the Evergreen Thank-You cards is an enclosure card that then is given to a team for review to help identify employees that live out our mission, vision and values to be formally recognized at the World of Thanks Recognition Event.

World of Thanks Recognition Event

A highly anticipated special event, this annual recognition gathering honors employees, resident leaders, volunteers and donors who have gone above and beyond in contributing to the mission, vision and values of Evergreen.

Employee Appreciation Summer Picnic and Christmas Luncheon Events

All Evergreen employees are honored and celebrated at these fun, social annual events.
