My mom recently moved from the Village (Evergreen independent condo-style living) to Garden Place (Evergreen assisted living apartments). She is adjusting really well to her new home and we can already tell that she is enjoying the benefits of being "where the action is" as far as Evergreen activities and services are concerned. We are thankful for the activities she has enjoyed - piano recital, Spanish dancer, Holiday vendor fair, to name a few - and that she does not have to concern herself with the weather in order to participate! Mom is also having her hair done weekly at the Evergreen salon (Uniquely You) and has been able to receive physical therapy in-house for her back. It is wonderful that she can get to these appointments easily with her "4 wheeler" as she calls her walker. Enjoying the delicious meals at the Evergreen restaurant (The GardenSide) every day has also been a major benefit. All of these socializing opportunities have really brightened her outlook in ways we all notice!

Family Appreciates Staff

It’s impossible to put into appropriate words how grateful our entire family has been for the care and attention that Evergreen has afforded Mom. We could not be more pleased with everything that Evergreen has offered to her since my Dad’s passing. Many of your staff have become like her 2nd family. Please accept our truly heartfelt "thank you" for all you have been to Mom and our family.

My first contact with Evergreen was when my grandparents lived there. While I was much younger and didn't pay attention to detail as much, my impression was that my grandparents were very happy, secure and well cared for during their time there. I remember thinking that every single staff member I came in contact with treated my grandparents like treasured family members. Fast forward to my parents moving in. My sister and I looked at the available properties with my parents early on. It was immediately clear that the same approach was still in place, that the warm, caring atmosphere hadn't changed.
