Leadership at Evergreen is comprised of three boards, the Executive Team and the Evergreen Leadership Team.
The Evergreen Board of Directors is responsible for the governance of the organization through the establishment and maintenance of the governance policies consistent with the mission, vision and values of the organization.
The Evergreen Village, Inc. Board of Directors governs The Village, organized under the sponsorship of Evergreen, Inc. as part of the multi-corporation entity known as Evergreen.
The Evergreen Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors oversees the management of the nonprofit public foundation that is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, religious and scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
The Evergreen Executive Team, consisting of the president/CEO and four vice presidents, supervises the administration of the entire Evergreen organization.
The Evergreen Leadership Team is comprised of senior-level management, unit and department managers and organization coordinators.
