Garden Place
Evergreen Garden Place is a registered Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) with 10 apartments offering assistance to individuals who are capable of summoning assistance, expressing needs and making their own decisions. 

All ten Garden Place apartments are handicapped accessible with:
  • living room
  • kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and garbage disposal
  • one bedroom with large walk-in closet
  • bathroom with walk-in shower

Included in the Garden Place monthly fee:
  • 30 minutes of Resident Assistant time or 15 minutes of Nurse time daily as scheduled (more supportive and health related services available at additional cost up to 28 hours per week
  • noon meal in the Main Dining Room (other meals available at additional cost) -- selective menus and special diets when prescribed
  • heat, electric and water utilities
  • air conditioning
  • basic cable TV service
  • weekly housekeeping
  • weekly laundering of linens and personal clothing
  • maintenance of Evergreen-owned appliances
  • keyed mailbox
  • personal emergency response system with telephone and portable pendant or bracelet
  • 24-hour access to Campus Health services (cost of care is additional)

Garden Place Apartments provide quick and easy access to the Main Dining Room, Chapel, Gift Shop, Beauty Shop, and other areas within the main building.  Lounge areas offer comfortable spaces for friendly visiting and other activities.  Residents are encouraged and assisted by staff to take advantage of the many activities that are offered daily at Evergreen.
