Leadership at Evergreen Retirement Community is comprised of three Boards and the Executive Leadership Team.

The Evergreen Retirement Community, Inc. Board of Directors is responsible for the governance of the organization through the establishment and maintenance of the governance policies consistent with the purposes of the organization.

The Evergreen Village, Inc. Board of Directors govern The Village organized under the sponsorship of Evergreen Retirement Community, Inc. as part of the multi-corporate entity known as Evergreen Retirement Community.

The Evergreen Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors oversees the management of the Foundation that is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, religious and scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

The Evergreen Executive Team consisting of the President/CEO and four Vice-Presidents supervises the administration of the entire Evergreen organization.
