The purpose of the I.D.E.A. (Ideas Drive Evergreen Ahead) Program at Evergreen is to encourage staff members to share their suggestions for improvements related to such things as process, efficiency, cost-savings, service, and facility.  The Program to encourage the sharing of interdepartmental improvement ideas was developed and is sponsored by Evergreen's Quality Council.  Ideas have included both large and small projects that have benefited Evergreen residents and staff in a multitude of ways.
