Building services staff are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A staff member is on-call in case of emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Grounds services provide care for Evergreen's 35-acre campus of natural woodlands, lawns and gardens by a year-round staff of grounds personnel who also provide routine maintenance of residents' gardens in the spring, summer and fall and snow removal in the winter.

Housekeeping services, which may include dusting, vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom floor cleaning, are based upon a resident's living option. Special cleaning can be scheduled at the request of a resident.

Laundry services that are based upon a resident's living option may include cleaning of linens and personal items. Items requiring dry cleaning can be sent out at an additional charge. Many of the living options have a personal washer and dryer or a conveniently-located shared laundry room for residents' use at no additional charge.
